The rally audience in The Netherlands has met with the MitJet Off Road last weekend. Michiel Becx showed its potential and made a lot of spectacle on the stages of the ELE Rally. Donuts, dust, drifts and the win in his class are the result of it. Especially the speed in the sand was really high.
Becx has enjoyed the ELE Rally a lot: “It was a beautiful rally, the gravel and sand here is really nice. For sure with the MitJet, it has been made for it. On the asphalt we had a hard time to put the 500 HP and suspension travel on the track. But we kept it on the road and, where we could, we gave the audience some spectacle and donuts.”
Together with Sander van Barschot they won the class in the ELE Rally. “That is extra nice.” Besides the MitJet, the DS3 R3 also got involved in the rally. Janus van Kasteren drove it to the 17th position. “A good performance for his first appearance in this car.”
